What to do here
This is the BC SPCA centre for Greater Victoria. It handles surrenders, adoptions, cruelty response and wildlife transport to Wild ARC. It is not the pound for any Greater Victoria municipality.
If your pet went missing in the City of Victoria, Oak Bay or Esquimalt, the Capital Regional District’s own lost-animals page directs you to Victoria Animal Control Services on 250-414-0233, whose pound is at 564 David Street. Everywhere else in the region goes to the CRD Animal Shelter on 250-658-5745, with CRD animal control on 250-478-0624 and an after-hours emergency line on 1-833-931-3585.
Contact this centre too, and check your microchip record with the BC Pet Registry at the same time.

One organisation is never the whole search
A pet is found by whoever happens to be nearby, so the shelter, the city, the registry and the local search groups each hold a different piece. Work the list rather than one entry on it.
