What to do here
This is the BC SPCA centre for Abbotsford and the surrounding Fraser Valley, handling surrenders, adoptions and cruelty work. It is not the dog pound and not the animal control authority.
Animal control in Abbotsford is a regional service: the Fraser Valley Regional District provides dog licensing, bylaw enforcement and shelter services here, on 1-844-495-2273, and its pound is the CARE Centre on Wolfe Road in Chilliwack. Staffed Monday to Saturday, 8:30am–5pm; for a dog attack in progress after hours the FVRD directs callers to the local police.
For a cat, this centre is the right call: the FVRD states its CARE Centre is not equipped to impound cats and that its animal control bylaw does not regulate them, and refers cats to the BC SPCA.

One organisation is never the whole search
A pet is found by whoever happens to be nearby, so the shelter, the city, the registry and the local search groups each hold a different piece. Work the list rather than one entry on it.
