What to do here
This is the BC SPCA branch in Surrey, and it is one of the busiest intake points in the Lower Mainland for surrenders, adoptions and cruelty work. It is not the city’s animal shelter.
If your pet went missing in Surrey, the City of Surrey’s own page states that animals found in Surrey should be brought to the Surrey Animal Resource Centre on Colebrook Road, which the city owns and operates — 604-574-6622. To report a stray or ask for a pickup, the city’s Bylaw Call Centre is 604-591-4370.
North Delta is in the City of Delta, not Surrey: a found animal there goes to the Delta Community Animal Shelter on 604-940-7111.
Contact this centre as well — it is worth covering both — and check that your microchip record with the BC Pet Registry is current.

One organisation is never the whole search
A pet is found by whoever happens to be nearby, so the shelter, the city, the registry and the local search groups each hold a different piece. Work the list rather than one entry on it.
