What to do here
This is the City of Maple Ridge’s contracted animal shelter, run by the BC SPCA under an operating agreement with the city. The city’s own page states the shelter accepts lost and stray animals and cares for those impounded under municipal bylaws, working in partnership with the city’s Bylaw, Licensing & Community Safety team.
Two organisations, two jobs. Call the city on 604-467-7305 about an animal running at large, a stray, or a pickup; call this shelter on 604-463-9511 about an animal already brought in.
Pitt Meadows is a separate municipality and does not use this shelter: a stray dog there goes through Pitt Meadows Bylaw Services on 604-465-2428 ext. 2 to the Coquitlam Animal Shelter.

One organisation is never the whole search
A pet is found by whoever happens to be nearby, so the shelter, the city, the registry and the local search groups each hold a different piece. Work the list rather than one entry on it.
