Contact this branch directly rather than the provincial line if your pet went missing nearby — a found animal picked up in the area is brought here. The BC SPCA also runs the BC Pet Registry, so check that your microchip record is current at the same time.
The Burnaby centre has moved. Its own page states the Norland Avenue site is closed while the City of Burnaby demolishes and rebuilds it, and that a temporary facility on Laurel Street has served the public since 27 May 2026. The phone number is unchanged — call before travelling.
