What to do here
Its own page asks anyone missing a pet to telephone and file a report, so do that as well as checking the shelter list. It handles dog, cat and general bylaw complaints for Red Deer and Stettler, and dog complaints only for Red Deer County and Clearwater County.

One organisation is never the whole search
A pet is found by whoever happens to be nearby, so the shelter, the city, the registry and the local search groups each hold a different piece. Work the list rather than one entry on it.
