What to do here
Post your lost dog in the annonces group; sightings and found dogs land in the companion aperçus/trouvés group (facebook.com/groups/annonces.chiens.apercus.ou.trouves). Both are moderated by the Ge Cherche Charly volunteer service, which can also be reached at 1-844-GCHARLY. In French.

One organisation is never the whole search
A pet is found by whoever happens to be nearby, so the shelter, the city, the registry and the local search groups each hold a different piece. Work the list rather than one entry on it.
